Refunds & Returns
We want every order from PosterPrintsArt to arrive correctly and in good condition. This policy explains how refunds, replacements, exchanges, and returns are handled.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing an order. If the order has not entered production or fulfillment, we will try to cancel or update it. Once an item has been printed, packed, or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other reasonable solution.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective physical products within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging when possible.
Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and return labels unless the issue was caused by our error. No restocking fee is charged.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the return address and return instructions for your order.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery. Exchange requests are reviewed based on the order details, product condition, and available replacement options.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized poster orders
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, handling, or improper framing
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in returnable condition
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Refund processing time is usually within 7 days after the returned item is received and reviewed. The time for funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or card issuer.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
