How Customers Place Orders

  1. Customers visit our website and browse available poster or wall art products.
  2. Customers select a product and choose available options such as size, finish, frame option, or digital product type when shown.
  3. Customers add the product to the cart or use the Buy Now button.
  4. Customers review the cart and proceed to the checkout page.
  5. Customers enter billing, shipping, and contact information.
  6. Customers select an available payment method and complete payment.
  7. After payment is completed, our order system records the order and sends order confirmation.

How PayPal Is Used

PayPal is used as one of the payment methods on our checkout page. When PayPal is available and selected, customers complete payment through the PayPal checkout flow. After payment is completed, customers are redirected back to our website order confirmation page.

We use PayPal only to collect payments for customer orders placed through our website. We do not use PayPal for prohibited products or services.

Order Fulfillment

For physical products, orders are processed after payment confirmation. Orders are usually processed within 3 days. Estimated delivery is 3-15 days after processing, depending on the destination, carrier service, and seasonal order volume. Products are prepared by our cooperation factory, packed, and shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Tracking information is provided when available.

For digital products, files may be delivered electronically when available.
